⁣Accomplishments can be hard for me to celebrate

⁣Accomplishments can be hard for me to celebrate, because there's still so much I want to do!

And reflecting on my journey, there is so much to be thankful for in my publishing career.

Here are some of my favorite highlights.
✨
I met my co-author and amazing friend @seebrianwrite, and we wrote The Woodsview Murders books, and several more than will be forthcoming. Writing with him feels like coming home because he is hilarious, talented, and we just get each other. He is definitely my bookish, 80's metal kindred spirit.
✨
I joined @corvisierolit about a year ago, and @mcorvisiero and @saritzah have been so incredible. It's wonderful learning from intelligent, kind professionals like them. My goal is to become an apprentice and rep books that make my heart beat fast.
✨
I've been lucky enough to attend @scarelosangeles and others as a guest speaker and it's a dream. I love meeting and connecting with other amazing writers and horror fans at conferences.
✨
I'm a part of @mdnight_society, full of the best writers and people I know. Love you guys!

I attend bookish conferences whenever I can. They are my Disneyland. In fact, the picture above is from 2019, when my brother and I flew to Washington to attend one, and spent the other time hiking magical trails.

I've been lucky to experience many publishing internships, from @entangledteen to other publishing houses, and then on the agenting side with The Bent Agency.
✨
I've also loved being a part of HWA, something I joined two years ago.

I''ve also really enjoyed being on awesome podcasts as a guest, like @badgirlspodcast.
✨
