About the Artist
Ryan Bartlett is an artist, illustrator, and graphic designer from Orange, California. He is most well known for his album cover and T-shirt designs in the rock and metal music underground. Beyond that, he frequently participates in gallery shows on a national scale. He tends to explore darker themes, and his art heroes include the likes of Wrightson and Frazetta. Ryan’s sensibilities can very clearly be traced back to the Kelley Jones-illustrated Batman comics of the 90’s, Ralph McQuarrie’s design work for the original Star Wars trilogy, and watching RoboCop on repeat at definitely too young an age.
